Construction Division awarded contract at Hospital Corner

Major sportsfield remediation works at Hospital Corner within Hagley Park, Christchurch

 Due to be completed in May 2016

Recreational Services Construction Division has been awarded the contract to undertake major sportsfield remediation works at Hospital Corner within Hagley Park, Christchurch. The project includes the installation of four full sand carpet sports fields which include two 4 strip natural and 1 artificial cricket blocks, together with a fully automatic irrigation system. Additionally, a 4 strip natural and 1 artificial cricket block plus a single artificial cricket pitch and full automatic irrigation is also to be installed in the southern end of Hospital corner.

 The project commenced on the 18 January 2016 and is due to be completed on 9 May 2016.
