To be accepted in a community you must first work at being a part of that community.
Being a part of the communities we work in is a major part of who we are. From working with local business, to supporting community organisations it is important for us to be involved if we are to be seen as a valued part of the community. By working together we have gained a better understanding of the areas we maintain and it keeps us connected with the people that ultimately use the parks and reserves. As part of this we set aside time and budget to be involved where we can. This can come in many forms from providing trucks, floats and people for local Santa parades, providing BBQ trucks and trailers to help out at events.
